• Unwanted physical contact.
• Aggressive, threatening or violent behaviour.

FAILURE TO MEET THESE STANDARDS MAY RESULT IN:

• Refusal of service, where appropriate.
• Removal from our premises.
• Restricted access to our sites.
• Termination of contracts or business relationships, where applicable.
• Referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please report it to a member of our team.

CCTV & SITE SECURITY

CCTV is in operation at our premises for the purposes of crime prevention and detection, site security and the protection of staff, customers and visitors. The scheme is operated by Bowker Motor Group, and footage may be reviewed where appropriate in accordance with our CCTV policy and applicable data protection requirements.

CCTV footage is retained for 30 days and stored securely, with access restricted to authorised personnel.
